My name is Kristina Ferguson. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am on a mission to help inspire you to envision and choose to live your own beautiful authenticity. To have the courage to break free from cages that no longer serve you and celebrate opportunities to evolve. I want to be your cheerleader and optimist in a sea of doubt. I want to refrain from normalizing self-abandonment and safety for the discovery of your unique and wild self. To encourage you to take the risk and channel the courage to live the dreams just beyond your comfort zone.
