At the heart of my practice is a healing model I created called Soul-Inspired Alignment. It's a framework designed to support opportunities to realign with your soul’s wisdom, embody your truth, and reconnect with what excites you. This is a journey of remembering, reclaiming, and reconnecting with the part of you that is rooted within the integrity of your inner compass.

This process unfolds in four essential phases:

Wisdom

Wisdom is the experience of connecting with your higher self and accessing opportunities for insight and sparks of inspiration that guide you on your journey forward. As you begin to clear outdated narratives, new pathways of potential open, creating meaningful alignment and deeper self-trust.

Authenticity

Authenticity is the reclamation of your truth. It’s the process of stepping out of fear-based patterns and channeling the courage to live in alignment with your authentic self. Here, we gently unravel from the conditioning that taught you to shrink, perform, or to please—and begin anchoring into your values, goals, sacred truth and the ultimate vision for your life.

Connection

Connection is the integration of your authentic self within relationship. In this experience, we support honest connection to restore alignment with experiences that heal, guide, and awaken opportunities for self-expansion and a deep sense of purpose.
